1. Service Overview

SUNNY ENGINEERING ("we", "our", or "us") provides a digital marketplace platform for purchasing and downloading CAD files (STEP format) of industrial equipment parts and components.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To purchase products, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Promptly update any changes to your account information

3. Product Licenses and Usage Rights

Upon successful purchase, you receive:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CAD files
• Rights to use files for commercial and personal projects
• Permission to modify files for your specific needs

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
• Claim authorship of the original designs
• Upload files to public repositories or file-sharing platforms

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through PortOne (KG Inicis):

• Prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW)
• Payment is required before file download access
• All sales are final for digital products
• We accept major credit cards and Korean payment methods

5. Service Delivery

Digital product delivery:

• Files are available for immediate download after payment confirmation
• Download links are sent to your registered email address
• Each purchase allows one (1) download only
• Download links are valid indefinitely but cannot be reused after download

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and contact information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Back up downloaded files immediately after download
• Not use files for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All CAD files, designs, and related materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Ownership remains with SUNNY ENGINEERING or respective rights holders. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

CAD files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee files are error-free or meet specific requirements
• Users are responsible for verifying file compatibility with their software
• We are not liable for any damages from file usage
• Technical specifications are approximate and may vary

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUNNY ENGINEERING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
