Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on SUNNY ENGINEERING are digital CAD files (STEP format) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded.

Under Korean Consumer Protection Law (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률), digital content that can be copied or reproduced is exempt from the standard 7-day return period once delivery is complete.

Refunds may be granted even after download in the following cases:

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

• Change of mind after downloading the file
• Lack of technical expertise to use the CAD file
• Incompatibility with your specific CAD software (compatibility is specified in product description)
• Dissatisfaction with design aesthetics (previews are provided)
• Failure to check file specifications before purchase
• User error in file handling or modification

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact Support: Email us at tklee97twin@naver.com with:
   • Order number and purchase date
   • Reason for refund request
   • Supporting evidence (if applicable)
2. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
3. Decision Notice: You will receive an email with our decision
4. Refund Processing: If approved, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for purchase:

• Credit Card: 3-5 business days (may take up to 10 days depending on card issuer)
• Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days
• Mobile Payment: 1-3 business days

Note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product:

1. Request a refund (if eligible)
2. Wait for refund to be processed
3. Make a new purchase for the desired product

8. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is problematic (e.g., multiple file purchase with one corrupted file), we may issue partial refunds for the affected items only.

9. Download Limits

If you experience issues during download that prevent you from obtaining the file, contact support immediately before the download attempt expires.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

• Request a review by our senior management
• File a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원)
• Seek mediation through the Fair Trade Commission (공정거래위원회)
