2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery Process:

3. Download Availability
Download Link Validity
- • Valid: Permanent
- • No expiration date
- • Accessible anytime from your profile
Download Limit
- • 1 download per purchase
- • Cannot re-download after first download
- • Save file immediately after download
4. Delivery Confirmation
According to Korean Electronic Commerce Act, delivery is considered complete when:
- Download link is successfully sent to customer's email address
- Customer successfully downloads the file
- File is accessible and can be opened by customer
5. Service Availability
Download Service Hours:
24/7 Service: Download links are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Note: Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect service availability. Users will be notified in advance of any planned downtime.
6. Delayed Delivery
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
- Payment Verification Issues: Additional verification required by payment processor
- System Maintenance: Scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Technical Errors: Server or network issues
Maximum Delay Period: If delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours, customers are entitled to:
